MISSION
Islamic States Think Tanks Platform (ISTTP) states its mission as:
- Contributing to the development of intellectual solidarity between Islamic countries and creating a positive culture of interaction,
- Establishing a civilian platform for shaping state diplomacies,
- Making it possible for non-governmental organizations coming from different origins and backgrounds to act together and developing ideal sharing methodologies by getting to know each other’s ideas and work discipline,
- Making inferences for the sake of public interest by using approaches and findings provided by civilian perspective,
- Offering new international insights on political, sociocultural, academic and economic realms,
- Providing new horizons for institutions and countries via representatives of non-governmental organizations,
- Contributing to the solving of deeply-felt problems in the Islamic world such as poverty, discrimination, fundamentalism etc. and the establishment of world peace,
- Engaging in activities to draw on Turkey’s richness in history and culture and her potential.
